  Muy Buena comida y bueno servicio. Traigan todo la famila para un buen tiempo. Juan Carlo took care of my family and gave us great service. He made guacamole in Frount of my eyes like I have never seen someone do before. Some of the best I have ever tasted I definitely will come back and hope I get the same waiter

  The food at Pepe's Mexican Bar & Grill was excellent and the drinks were great. Unfortunately, our experience was really affected by the first server who attended us. She had a very negative attitude from the start and every time we asked a question about the menu or the food, her responses were rude and dismissive. It got to the point where we had to call the manager on duty and request a different server. After the change, the experience improved, but the attitude of the first server had already damaged what should have been a great visit. Great food and drinks, but that first service experience really hurt our overall impression of the place.

  Ordered the Camarones A La Diabla and it absolutely lived up to its name. The shrimp were perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and coated in a bold, spicy diabla sauce that had just the right kick without overpowering the flavor. If you enjoy heat with depth, this dish is a winner.

  Omg!!! Im up here for a conference and was looking for some good Ole Mexican food. The food was flavorful. Natalie CS was great. Before I ever slurp up my last swallow she was here with another. Food came out fast and hot. She kept checking on my me NOT at so much to aggravate you. Over all atmosphere was great. Music NOT to loud. Great Experience!!!!

  Response to Pepe’s: Hi team, thank you for the response. I’ve ordered the same meal without garlic from Pepe’s for years and haven’t had this issue before so I was a bit surprised this time. Regardless, I appreciate the follow-up. You haven’t lost a patron — there’s a first time for everything. Initial review: I requested my entrée without garlic due to a dietary restriction. The dish arrived with garlic, and while the staff promptly replaced it, I could still taste garlic, which suggests it was scraped off rather than properly remade. I’m pregnant and very sensitive to certain foods, and while I’m not allergic, this could have been serious for someone who is. I appreciated the quick response from the team, but this was disappointing and concerning from a food safety and service perspective. I hope this feedback is taken as a learning opportunity for both the service staff and kitchen team when handling ingredient modifications.
