  I ordered the Loco Rice and it was absolutely delicious. The grilled chicken was tender and flavorful, the cheese dip was rich and creamy, and the corn added the perfect touch of sweetness. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. The portion size was generous and very filling. On top of that, our server was great! she was nice and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food and great service. Her name was Yvonne.

  Our server Leslye was very attentive to and considerate of our every need. She was a great host and did a good job making sure to anticipate our needs and bring out what we wanted before we'd even ask. Leslye brought our food very quickly and it was hot and fresh. Pepe's is the best Mexican restaurant we have tried in Georgia. The food is always satisfying and delicious, and the service is phenomenal.

  Recently visited this restaurant on a weekend evening, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was warm, lively, and perfectly festive, with sparkling Christmas lights and great music that really set the mood. It had just the right energy for a fun weekend night out. The location is perfect, easy to find, and parking was ample, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Between the amazing food, festive touches, and relaxed atmosphere, this has definitely is a good one.

  We arrived at 12:10 p.m. on Sunday, December 21st with a party of 15 and expected a wait. What we didn't expect was over an hour just to get water, nearly two hours for food, and close to three hours total before we could leave. We had a special needs child in our group who had to leave right as the food finally arrived, and several others left half their meals untouched because the wait was so long. Our server never checked on us or communicated delays, and I spoke to the manager twice--both times he said he'd check and never returned. When the food finally arrived, it was honestly shocking--especially the nachos. I truly wish I had taken a picture of my daughter's plate. The "nachos" consisted of soggy, stale chips, topped with a lump of ground beef, and what could only be described as small oily puddles of liquid cheese around the edges. I asked our server, "Is this how the nachos are supposed to look?" He said yes. I sent them back uneaten. Because of the delays, I had to take our kids home before the bill even came. After another 30-minute wait, the checks arrived--no discount, and the returned nachos were still on the bill. My husband spoke to the manager again. When he mentioned we had waited two hours for food, the manager actually argued with him, insisting it wasn't that long. When my husband said, "Okay, almost two hours--pretty close," the manager finally conceded. Even then, he refused to comp the meal, eventually offering only the 15% Pepe's Rewards discount--something anyone can get just for being a member. So to recap: Nearly 2 hours for food Minimal communication Bland, soggy, poorly prepared food A special needs child forced to leave hungry Incorrect charges A manager who was dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to take responsibility We waited an unreasonable amount of time, paid almost full price for subpar food, and left frustrated and exhausted. I honestly cannot remember the last time I felt compelled to leave a Yelp review--but here we are. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning.
