She went inside to pick up an order, and from the moment she walked in, the staff gave her attitude, spoke down to her, and treated her like she didn’t belong. One of them even threw the bag against the counter with complete disrespect. They refused to give it to her through the drive-through even though it was ready. There was no reason for that — it was pure racism. We’ve been Panera customers for years, but this was the first time we were made to feel so unwanted, just because we’re Latino. Shame on this store. To all Latino families in the area — stay away. We deserve to be treated with respect. Este Panera es RACISTA. Si eres latino, NO VAYAS. La forma en que trataron a mi esposa fue asquerosa y claramente discriminatoria. Ella entró a recoger una orden, y desde el primer momento el personal la trató con desprecio, con mala actitud y como si no tuviera derecho a estar ahí. Una de ellas incluso lanzó la bolsa contra la barra con total falta de respeto. Se negaron a entregársela por el drive-through aunque ya estaba lista. No había ninguna razón — fue puro racismo. Hemos sido clientes de Panera por años, pero esta fue la primera vez que nos hicieron sentir tan rechazados, solo por ser latinos. Qué vergüenza de tienda.
