The side door is always locked making people walk through the front door at 8 in the morning when the place opens at 6:30, You ask for stuff and they complain like if we aren't paying.. if they don't like their job... they should find something else based on their skills BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLEASE

Marie who assisted me and prepped my food was a delight! Professional, courteous and a true asset to Panera. I ordered an iced Crème Brûlée Latte, but it was served warm in a hot coffee cup. When I pointed this out, the barista simply poured the hot liquid into a plastic cup and added ice. This immediately melted the ice and resulted in a watered-down, flavorless drink. Even the replacement was missing the signature sugar topping. Additionally, the cinnamon roll was "hard as a rock." When I mentioned it, they microwaved it, which only made it tougher once it cooled. I ended up having to throw most of my order away. I hope the management takes steps to ensure the staff follows standard recipes and food storage protocols.
