  This Indian lady who works there always looks like she hates her job and she's so cold and rude to customers. I think she might be a manager just based off the way she's constantly telling other employees what to do but she really shouldn't be one. Plus she messed up my order this time. Usually I say whatever with her rudeness and just assume she's having a bad day, but this is like the 5th time I've interacted with her and she always has the rudest expression on. She really needs to be let go or learn some customer service.

  This Panera location is RACIST. If you're Latino, do not go here. The way they treated my wife was disgusting and clearly discriminatory. She went inside to pick up an order, and from the moment she walked in, the staff gave her attitude, spoke down to her, and treated her like she didn’t belong. One of them even threw the bag against the counter with complete disrespect. They refused to give it to her through the drive-through even though it was ready. There was no reason for that — it was pure racism. We’ve been Panera customers for years, but this was the first time we were made to feel so unwanted, just because we’re Latino. Shame on this store. To all Latino families in the area — stay away. We deserve to be treated with respect. Este Panera es RACISTA. Si eres latino, NO VAYAS. La forma en que trataron a mi esposa fue asquerosa y claramente discriminatoria. Ella entró a recoger una orden, y desde el primer momento el personal la trató con desprecio, con mala actitud y como si no tuviera derecho a estar ahí. Una de ellas incluso lanzó la bolsa contra la barra con total falta de respeto. Se negaron a entregársela por el drive-through aunque ya estaba lista. No había ninguna razón — fue puro racismo. Hemos sido clientes de Panera por años, pero esta fue la primera vez que nos hicieron sentir tan rechazados, solo por ser latinos. Qué vergüenza de tienda. A todas las familias latinas de la zona — aléjense. Merecemos respeto.

  Every time I come here my order ends up wrong or the food is over cooked. I only came here three times. Each time it’s always the food. Whoever cooks the food needs to stop.

  Service was absolutely abysmal. I ordered by food via app and went to the drive-thru line to pick up the food. They made me wait 20 minutes for my food even though it was not busy at all. The workers look like confused elves at a toy factory and kept bickering with each other. My food was ready for 10 minutes and no one even brought it to the window for me. I know how Panera works as I've worked in one before so I know how long it should take, and the fact I never got an apology was the cherry on top.

  Please give Kiki and Shalaya a raise for ingenuity, going above and beyond to help, and making what could have been a stressful day into a hallmark movie. I locked my keys in my car, my thoughts locked on my soup and cookie. They don’t know, but this is at least the 3rd time one or both of them have impressed me with the service. But that’s how this location always is. I understand the manager is Lance. I only know bc they said so, bc I’ve seen that same guy working right with his crew. Inspiring. 🙌Since I had not handed over thr 5 stars yet, the universe gave me an experience I couldn’t write off. Can’t give enough stars ✨. This location always hits the vibes. Delicious, ridiculously easy to order in the app. Staff makes me feel like my order and experience is important and I know it will be right. Hot food is hot, cold salads are fresh and flavor is FLAVORING, and the cheese is melty! Drinks are refreshing. They always plate beautifully. I pick up my food, sit at a table outside or inside and know I’m going to enjoy a meal with everything I need. I see a ladies group have meet ups here, people work on laptops. Families, grandmoms and grandpas, friends catching up etc. I have frequently make time for what I’ve named ‘Panera Planning’ to read or plan my week bc it’s my go-to spot for productivity. I’m a very driven person. Grateful I can pop in for “‘I need to eat better salads’ meals. Love this spot for my ‘treat yoself meals’.This location always plates food awesome, it’s fresh, clean forks plates. So it’s ’dining’ but still casual. When they take my order at the counter, or the person calls my food is ready- they are sweet, paying attention, friendly, helpful. Did I lock my keys in the car trying to get my kitchen sink cookie? 😭 Yes. iykyk…Did the wonderful team huddle to help my hunger driven crisis, and not only plate and serve me food which made me feel better?! Did they also strategize with what was on hand?! Did they save me and HELP ME GET MY KEYS through the smallest cracked window ever… YES! 🥹🤩 Did they judge my dirty car, (bc they could have but no.) Just soooo helpful. I wish more people enjoyed the work environment like I’ve seen the people having here. I literally have a neighbor who manages another spot (next door). I never go there. Always Panera. Whatever is happening at this location —it works and I really like it. Kiki and Shalaya … I wish you ALL THE BEST in your current and future endeavors. You inspire me to see what great things younger generations are going to do. Thank you!!🥹🥹🥹✨✨✨
