The women back was telling me that's was how much you get but I just came last week and got a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and the bowl was full what was the difference from last and to this week you lost a loyal customer I will not come back to this location

I have been in this store multiple times and have been ignored while I watch employees stand in circles talking to each other. Then I get texts saying my order is ready, which is false. Employees need training on helping customers. From reading reviews online, this seems to be a company wide problem.
