  Shout out to the awesome store manager Ronald. I came in for the shrimp on sale and couldn’t find it. He took his time out of what he was doing to find me a package in the back. He was so sweet and took very good care of me. Thank you Ronald for your kindness and all you do for our community. Your awesome store and great customer service is just what we needed around here.

  Kroger loses two ratings stars for being unable to print out a receipt for my pickup order. I am aware that a digital copy is available, but that is no reason to discontinue the printable option. If the in-store registers can print receipts, then the store should be able to print pickup order receipts.

  When I say, I absolutely love this Krogers!!! It is always super clean, the customer Service is bar none! The staff is entirely helpful, informative and welcoming. It truly feels like a neighborhood store. Special shout out to my girl Abby in the deli you’re awesome and always smiling. Also, whoever seasons the grilled chicken, you’re an amazing human being!! Run, do not walk to this Kroger on Martin’s Chapel. It’s the new one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My first experience in this store and a young lady with blonde dreadlocks at self checkout changed my entire shopping experience. I usually shop in Grayson but this store is closer to my home but I won’t be back. There were 3 plants in a markdown unit outside. I got all 3 and of course one did not ring up. I went to the floral department and a very kind young lady scanned the plant and determined that it was the last of a seasonal plant. So it should have been marked the same as the others. But this young lady at the self checkout thought I was trying to get over on the floral department representative so she would not allow her to further assist me. I would think if you work in the department that you would have the autonomy to assist customers how you see fit. I see why this store is a ghost town. It doesn’t cost you anything to show kindness and smile. Kim I appreciate your help, you tried.
