I gotta say PHENOMENAL job to this staff on Tuesday night. They hustled their behinds off. I have never seen a Five Guys so packed and busy but they were on it like a well oiled machine. Because of Five Guys' 40th birthday, they had a BOGO free burger special that could only be used online or on the app. I have seen some online feedback in which some locations had a hard time in various areas...all I know is my burger was A1 (soooo delicious!) The fries were just okay. I am not sure if this was due to the new packaging (bags instead of cups) but they were soft and pretty soggy but because of the burger quality and taste and how this staff handled the influx of customers, I give FIVE STARS! My name was called about 30-35 minutes after my online ETA but I wasn't even mad. They were working hard! OUTSTANDING job on Tuesday evening, February 17th and happy 40th birthday to Five Guys!!! I usually go to the Old Peachtree location but was unable to order online, so chose this one and it did not disappoint. ☺️💗

Couldn't order on the app yesterday due to issues. Called several times no answer. Went in person to order, stood at the cashier for 20 minutes no acknowledgement. I went down the street to Burger Fi and everything was smooth and the burger tasted amazing. Probably wont come back to location no more.

Absolutely terrible service. And I mean terrible I would go as far as to say this is the worst service I’ve ever received at any restaurant, Maybe even any establishment. The woman upfront was incredibly rude During my order and while I tried to sit down and order to charge my phone. She proceeded to tell me I’m cleaning here and yelled at me in front of the whole restaurant. I told her I’m sitting here. Anyway. While I was ordering was absolutely being a geeker. And I mean a real geek. Actually, I think I deserve a full refund matter for how I was treated. Maybe even compensation for my mental

I had an excellent experience here today. The best part of it was the young man who waited on me named Jacob. He embodied what customer service is all about, which unfortunately is lacking these days most places. His boss was busy at the time so I couldn’t tell him, but I hope that if you guys see this that you see what an asset Jacob is to the store
