  Ordered a large Americano - why was the price $13.98 for some watered down coffee taste. I would taste this cup equal to Waffle House coffee (which I can't stand). Threw it out, needless to say won't be returning.

  Fun place to get great coffee! Wish they had some seats outside so we could hangout a little while, watching the staff is fun! You can tell they love where they work!

  I love these drinks but this drive thru line is the dumbest thing I've seen in a minute. The option to "skip the line"... This building does not have one. You get in line with everyone else and hope the guy in front of you doesn't take an eternity to order and today the employees couldn't even pick out the vehicle in the two lanes that pulled up first. They should have pick up spots in the parking lot and don't. At a minimum one lane should be for the vehicles who have ordered already. The employee's explanation for what to do, Get out of your vehicle. I'm done tipping these people.

  This was my first experience with a Dutch bros and the customer service was awesome but the drinks were so milky, we added extra coffee at home! Like, the iced coffee had so much milk, my husband drank some and added an entire cup of black coffee and it was still pretty light in color. Maybe we will try again and ask for light cream, but it didn’t taste like anything but milk. I’ve seen great reviews from others so I was a bit disappointed so I’ll try again!

  Horrible customer service, I went to this location yesterday morning to have a great morning with my coffee but that didn’t happen. First of all I was in the left line waiting to get my order because no one was outside taking orders and when they finally decided to came out they lady decided to take the order of the Car next to me in the right. I ask her that I got there first and that it should be in order first come first served. But she told me that doesn’t matter to them that the Car in the right always get serve first What kind of Service is that. Then she left to take the order of the other Car left In side of the store took maybe 10 minutes for another person to take my order I ask him again with Horrible customer service his clothes all dirty and told me the same thing that the other person told me. I told him someone should be outside more often because that’s how this coffee shop works everybody wants to be treated with respect and to enjoy the coffee with good customer service and they just open this place and they already have bad customer service that’s very a shame.
