  Purchased a drink from this lawrenceville/buford location. And they were disorganized and put more ice when I asked for less ice in my drink. Will stick to my 3 local Dunkin’s near home & close to my job. And won’t come back to this location here in the Lawrenceville/buford area again!

  I go here nearly every morning and have fire the last decade or so. I don't get there donuts as it's fairly well known that they are often on the stale side or not very fresh. I stick to coffee, lattes, and macchiato's which are good and consistent throughout the years as well as, in the case of coffee, they actually stir your coffee after adding cream and sugar (you would be surprised at how many other locations just dump it in and hand it to you like you've got a spoon in your car and can manage mixing your coffee while trying to drive down 85 at 6am). The breakfast sandwiches are also another go to for me and are ok, they would be better if they offered packets of mayo, mustard, ketchup, and any OTHER flavor jelly than grape, but still they're not deal breakers for me. I will say that I wish they would find a new way of "toasting" their bagels as they consistently come out with very little browning and very soggy like they were microwaved and this has led me to not ordering what was my usual "everything bagel" with the cream cheese on the side on mornings I wasn't on my way to work so I could just go back to the house and toast it there. The staff have always been very polite and friendly and the inside of the store is always clean and everything stocked.
