  I come to this Dunkin’ almost daily. I had ordered a double shot of espresso earlier and had accidentally spilled it and came back asking if they could give me another one. The rudest most unprofessional employee ever there named “Sophia” told me she would not give me another one because it was no fault of theirs. I told her as a consistent loyal customer it was the right thing to do and she argued that no it wasn’t. I told her I would be writing this review to let everyone know how poor the customer service is here and how rude she is. She told me in these exact words to “have at it.” She was such a coward after saying that to me she had another employee bring me my expresso that I had to pay for twice. I also will be calling corporate to let them know they have employees that will tell you to “have at it” in regards to leaving a review for being rude to loyal customers. Would never recommend it here.

  I was in and out quickly. But I think it's because I only purchased Munchkins, while others was purchasing breakfast items and coffee. Location is at the end of the building.
