Lid did not fit on cup and employee complained when I told her ("all you have to do is this", while I'm in a car without a solid surface to put lid on properly). I called to speak to a manager; person who claimed to be a manager (Elizabeth) said that "my employees said that you were rude" - "yelled in the drive thru" (because she didn't hear me), and "my employees know how to deal with customers". "If you don't like the service, you don't have to come back". What? What happened to customer service? No training of how to deal professionally with customers? Who is the district manager of this place? Totally unacceptable!

When I said something about the repeated anything else, I was being rude according to the staff. I was placing a 30+ dollar order. I will never enter this store again. The window was slammed in my face and I was told to go somewhere else. This is horrible customer service.
