I used to come to this Dunkin all the time, but over the years the customer service has gone down continually they do not greet you. They do not speak to you. They are not accommodating they are not friendly. They do not help you out. Was in there this morning just to grab coffee because I get my nails done every week across the street tasted my coffee ask them did they put cream and caramel that I paid for in it and she said yes and I said well I don’t taste it and she goes oh and walked away. Very rude this is why I’m so glad they added Starbucks cause I will continue to give Starbucks my money because they are always accommodating kind and willing to go above and beyond this Dunkin lacks that.
