- AAAthea1 day ago5.0Nijah may be the BEST supervisor I have ever come across in a fast dining/child entertainment environment. The location was super busy, the waitress that was serving the table provided minimal communication & checkups. Our wait time was ridiculous and many orders/request went unfulfilled. BUT God gave us Nijah, she was very reasonable, understanding, attentive to our plight and was solution based; she also offered our experience as a training opportunity for her staff. I couldn’t compliment Nijah enough for the experience she provided to our dining party (an 3 adult, 5 children party - for a birthday event).

My husband and our children came to celebrate our childs birthday and more than ready to spend money. We sat at a table and watched numerous waitresses walk pass and ignor us until I got up and went to the bar to get someone to acknowledge us. Then after spending over $200 on food another $200 on games and still tipping Vannessa, although her horrible attitude didnt warrent a tip, I decided we wont be back. Please hire staff that actually like people and working with the public.

Why doesn’t an establishment this size that services such a large crowd of people all day have someone on duty all day to keep the restrooms clean. They were disgusting, a large share of your patrons are children who are forced to used filthy toilets.
