Very, very expensive. And the game cards don’t allow you to play multiplayer, so you’re forced to buy multiple cards. I dunno, I guess it’s all different now. I remember when a trip here only cost about $25 just a few years ago. Now it’s $70.

It was really fun but the food to 2 hours so I would recommend not to get food because it will take a long time and also it took them 20 minutes for our drinks to come out but the games were really fun

Legend level players here! Great place to enjoy games and grab some grub. The updated menu is so much better than the previous. My wife and I always love seeing our favorite bartender, Zebulon. He is awesome with great energy! Games are great and most are in tip top shape. Would recommend!

Horrible experience. Management did not care. Servers were sitting down eating like there were no customers in the restaurant. The place was dirty and most employees were just sitting and standing around. The bathrooms were FILTHY. The server did not have a friendly bone in her body and then wanted to cry when we asked for the manager because she got our order wrong even after it was repeated more than once, and was neglectful overall. She only came to check on us after we stared her down each time. The manager did not hold her accountable and she never apologized for poor service. The unlimited play deal was not unlimited because the tickets maxed out at 1500 and had a wait period between swipes. Several of the games were out of order or glitching. After spending almost $100 for credits alone with over 3,000 tickets, we only had enough tickets for a football and a pack of candy. I will NEVER be back!

There were changes with my package that were never communicated by the initail event specialist. She did not reach back out to me before the event as promised. I had to get a new event specialist involved and she was only supposed to update the number of children attending the party, but instead other details were changed on the contract. This might have been unintentional as the second specialist stepped in the day before the event to get my party situated. Unfortunately, during the party my food quantities was lower than promised (promised 3 slices of pizza and fries). I received small rectangular sizes of pizza that was not equivalent to 3 slices of pizza per child. The server, was pleasant, however, she was also absent because of the confusion regarding the food quantity which led to miscommunication. In addition to the above, I spoke with the manager and the server at the beginning of the party and requested for the suggested gratuity to be removed; the male Mgr was apprehensive and I informed him that "suggested " is not the same as mandatory and I will absolutely tip the server based on her service (had bad experiences in the past when suggested gratuity was paid in advance and the service was not good). Ultimately, I had to clear dirty dishes, take an unused drink and split it between some of the kids until the server was available. Again, she was a lovely lady who was put in a situation that should have been better managed. Oh, and I was the only table occupied and there was 1 other bigger event taking place during this time so it was relatively slow in that area. After speaking with the general manager, I was promised a discount for the issue with the food quantity and I reminded him that I will determine the gratuity to be paid. Within minutes, a receipt was presented that had the suggested gratuity scratched off, no visible deposit payment noted and I was told the discount had been applied. After leaving the location, I realized that the amounts were not adding up and I went over the numbers only to realize the discount was applied but a 79 plus dollar gratuity was applied. Corporate was notified. I received a response the next day. It has been 5 days now and I still have not received a response from the location. Fortunately, the children had fun which made the disaster occurring behind the scene worth enduring. However, I will not choose this location for future events and I am very reluctant to host another event at DnB. I'm fortunate to have paid with a credit card so I no longer have interest nor a need to receive a response regarding the event from the location. **Despite the event outcome, in my opinion the location is a good idea for a family outing so everyone can enjoy the arcade and perhaps order individually.
