The guy didn't serve one upside-down and the girl handling my blizzard served it upside-down down. I immediately said the first was not served upside-down and how to notify them for a free one next time. The girl at the register said "that's just Advertising " I said I know so how can I get a free blizzard next time. She says "we don't go by that it's just to scare us". Hmm ok. Now the issue with the girl serving my blizzard is she was on break outside the Stand talking to the girl on the register. When her break was over she went behind the counter with unwashed hands, no gloves, touching her face and hair and prepared my blizzard. I kindly reminded her after the rejection of their "advertisement " that she didn't wash her hands either. With a scrunched face she flipped her hands to me and turned her back. Not good customer service from these young people DQ!
