- CCCG1 day ago1.0Keep hoping the employees at that time are just not good at making bagels but management needs to step in, the employees don’t know what they are doing or they just don’t care. Barely cooked bagels, cold out the bag. Barely any cream cheese on all 3 of the bagels we ordered. It’s been like that the last few times we’ve ordered here. The one thing this place should be good at is bagels and they are blowing it. Hopefully management sees this, the Quality and service they deliver is makes a business go out of business.

This has never happened to us before, but this is the second time in a month that we've ordered through DoorDash, and when we arrived at the store to pick up our order, it turns out someone else had already taken it. This time, they remade our order, but not the way we had ordered it. Now, when my husband went in to pick up our order, it turns out someone else had already taken it, and again, it wasn't us. But this time, the staff refused to remake the order, even though it wasn't our fault. The problem is that there's no one checking who's picking up the orders; anyone can just walk in and take them without anyone checking. I hope you can resolve this issue.
