  I’m really happy that a 7 Brew is opening nearby this Dunkin seriously needs to make some changes. Almost every employee comes across as rude, with the exception of two older women who are always kind. When mistakes are made and I ask for them to be fixed, the staff often laugh or giggle instead of handling it professionally. I’ve gone as early as 10 a.m. and been told they’re out of coffee milk, which is surprising and frustrating. The whole place feels very disorganized. Just two days ago, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for my drink after already paying. There were four employees working, but all of them were focused on in-store or app orders while I was left waiting with my baby crying in the back seat.

  Came in for a coffee and donut and was treated like i wasnt welcome. Employees have attitudes right from the jump miss their old employees who actually greeted and treated me like a human

  Their munchkins are not as good as other stores. Hard and oily. Second time I have ordered them at this store. There will not be a third time.

  I would rate this location a 0 because I didn't purchase anything. Poor customer service at the drive thru window around approximately 345pm March 12th. I wanted to try the new "blue berry refresher" the cashier rudely corrected the name and states the menu isn't updated which as a customer I would not have known as I was just stopping for a snack. The cashier had a very condensing tone which there was no need for it. I drove off and gave my order to the Dunkin on Sugarloaf. Do better.

  I came in today and ordered a drink with less ice because I don’t like my drink getting watered down. When I went back to ask if it could be corrected, the drink was dumped out in front of me. I told them I could have done that myself, but since I paid for it I came back so it could be fixed properly. After I said that, an employee took the cup and poured milk into it while another coworker stood nearby giggling. The attitude and behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem, I simply wanted the drink I paid for to be made the way I asked. I didn’t appreciate the way the situation was handled and hope customer service is treated more respectfully in the future.
