  Emilie at the purchase desk at Dave & Buster’s was incredibly helpful and had such a warm, welcoming personality. She made thoughtful suggestions and really paid attention to the details, especially knowing we had two excited 10-year-olds with us. Her attentiveness and positive energy made our visit even more enjoyable. Great customer service

  I am so disappointed. My salmon was completely burnt. The rice was supposed to be pilaf. It’s also very crunch. It’s just white rice and butter. The green beans weren’t seasoned at all. The fire salmon is literally my favorite dish. And this is not it. I did a pick up order on DoorDash. And DoorDash is saying this doesn’t qualify for a refund. Even though my meal is completely inedible. All I taste is the burnt from the grill. As high as gas is I can’t drive all the way back to get this rectified tonight. So I’ll just have to purchase something else. I’m very ill and had to muster the strength to even get the food in the first place.

  Really bad service, price, and food. we went to play bowling (pricing on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to close is $50 per lane, per hour.) our table was really messy with someone leftovers and dirty plates. I push everything to a corner and wait the waitress, food takes so long. I order the brownie with ice cream with my food and they never bring it to me. The fountain drinks had a weird taste. No no so disappointed about this place and services

  Food is delicious customer service is wonderful and respectful Troy the manager very helpful easy to get along with easy to talk to. 😎 . Miss Kimmy also great help... will be back again 🙏😀

  Nijah may be the BEST supervisor I have ever come across in a fast dining/child entertainment environment. The location was super busy, the waitress that was serving the table provided minimal communication & checkups. Our wait time was ridiculous and many orders/request went unfulfilled. BUT God gave us Nijah, she was very reasonable, understanding, attentive to our plight and was solution based; she also offered our experience as a training opportunity for her staff. I couldn’t compliment Nijah enough for the experience she provided to our dining party (an 3 adult, 5 children party - for a birthday event).
