One person came out ,served us and made us wait. There was no other customers and no other orders preparing but made us wait for a cashier. After a while another person came out from back room and finished transaction. In front of this restaurant were so~ dirty but they don't care?? I choose bowls .The brown rice was extremely salty felt licking salt. I would not use this place anymore.
- NGNadal GuledFeb 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience today around 11:50 AM. The staff handed out the wrong pickup orders, so I had to drive all the way back to the store. When I explained the situation, the employees were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix their mistake. They also didn’t want to remake my food even though it had been sitting out for over 40 minutes while I was gone. On top of that, they were talking about me in Spanish right in front of my face, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My Starbucks store manager was also there picking up her order and experienced the same rude attitude from the staff, so this was not just directed at me. I would like a manager to contact me regarding this incident. I will unfortunately be escalating this issue to Chipotle corporate, as this was unacceptable customer service and a food safety concern.
