    Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, can’t put the blame on you. Two days in a row this location forgot an item that I ordered, and I am not sure if I’m more disappointed in Chick-Fil-A or myself for not checking. On the bright side, the missing items weren’t for my hospitalized father-in-law; rather, they were just for those helping take care of him.

    Too much traffic to get an order here honestly. The team was struggling with technology issues, but also with fulfilling orders. Let me tell you though, their team members, Hope and Jada, went above and beyond as runners for correcting my order. Incredible customer service on both parts!

    Should have looked at the reviews before showing up. I came at 10:28 on 03/13/2026 through the drive thru .When the young lady finally got to us it was 10:32 and we were asking for hash browns. She told us they had Nothing left and we questioned how they magically had none at 10:30 & asked her if she could ask if they had any left. She then proceeded to turn her face and pretend that she called in to ask. Her demeanor already gave that she did not want to help us and told us No, they had nothing else but lunch. I won’t be trusting this location when I need breakfast too close to 10:30 & clearly the cars that pulled off after talking to her expected breakfast also.

    Have you ever craved something you know you probably shouldn’t have too often? That’s me with the Oreo milkshake from Chick-fil-A. I go to this location several times a week just for that shake.I’m honestly disappointed... Today I ordered my usual Oreo milkshake (over $5) through pickup because the drive-thru is confusing and the line is always extremely long. When I received it, the cup was about an inch below the rim — noticeably less than what I normally get. I politely mentioned it to the cashier, Abigail, and explained that I come there often and the shakes are usually filled to the top. Instead of acknowledging the concern, she insisted the amount I received was correct and said whoever filled it higher before “shouldn’t have.” She even said she could remake it, but it would be the same amount. At that point, remaking it made no sense if it would still be underfilled, so I declined. She offered a reward for something else, but I only come there for the shakes. What disappointed me most wasn’t the shake itself — it was the way the situation was handled. A better customer service response would have been something like: “I’ll remake it for you this time, but just so you know this is the standard portion for future visits.” That simple approach would have resolved the issue and left a loyal customer satisfied. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. Poor customer service over something that could have been handled easily. “If this is the new standard at this location, it’s far from the customer service Chick-fil-A built its reputation on.” They saved an inch of MILKSHAKE, but, Unfortunately, lost both the cup of milkshake and a regular customer today.
