  It’s hard to see in the photo but my fries were barely done and just drowning in the sauce. Then the boneless chicken wings were so small!!! And my mozzarella sticks only got 4..?? All for 17 dollars especially waiting 30 minutes is insane! My drink was done way before my order and waiting that long for it to be nasty and not cook right?? It had no flavor. I feel disgusted and I felt scammed out of 17$.

  Placed an order on DoorDash, Upon receiving my order, the bag was not sealed which was unsettling and then called the location and spoke to the manager, and he replaced my food, hassle, free and sympathized with The fact that I was not comfortable eating food that hadn’t been sealed or was unsealed. The entire staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile.

  The manager wouldn't even greet me but looked at me like I was crazy. I literally had to order without her saying may I help you. Very Rude then messed up my order

  Not sure why this location's score is so low, this is the place where I discovered this franchise and it set the bar very high for flavor and portion size. Highly recommend.

  Hey Charley’s! Would you consider this “the best chain cheesesteak”? I stopped by your location at Sugarloaf Mills Mall in Lawrenceville, GA and ordered the Chicken Bacon Chipotle Philly, but this is what I received. This sandwich was poorly made and honestly unacceptable for something I paid for. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. I’d really like to know how this passed the quality check before being served to a customer.
