  Was out of town and trying every place around the area. The cashier was great very friendly. Actually carried conversation. Good dude. Food was good. Service was fast. Overall great experience here with staff and food.

  I hate to leave a negative review because I usually enjoy this location, but my recent visit was uncomfortable. While the food came out fresh and the employees were doing a great job, I witnessed a manager (woman in glasses) loudly yelling at staff in a very disrespectful way. Another customer nearby even commented on how inappropriate it was. No team should be treated like that, especially when they’re clearly working hard. But what I admire is that, even though she made an uncomfortable environment, they all still had a smile on their face and still resumed working as if it was not happening. It really changed how I feel about supporting this location.

  Our Arby's is not as great as others that I've visited. Sloppy presentation, uninterested staff, orders lacking condiments etc etc....

  So I went on a date to Arby’s because someone really tried to tell me Black people don’t eat here… and I had to see for myself 😂 I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and I’m not even gonna lie… it was NOT it. Like… I tried. I really did. But yeah… no. HOWEVER, shoutout to Bri because she absolutely saved me. She made me a turkey sandwich instead and babyyyyy when I tell you I was this close to starving 😭 she came through! Great customer service, super kind, and honestly the only reason this experience wasn’t a complete fail. Moral of the story: come for Bri, not the roast beef.

  Cashier (large young black gentleman)was way nicer and much more helpful than manager(?) 35-ish light hair scruffy beard who completely ignored everyone
