- LBLuther BraswellApr 2, 20261.0I ordered the #2 Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries. When I pull up to the second window and was giving my drink and ask to pull and my order would be out shortly. After waiting for 5 minutes my order was delivered. You would think after this wait my food would be hot, especially the fries. No, the fries were lukewarm as was the burger. This is very disturbing. I try very hard to give McDonald's a chance but they fail me everytime! There was a Whataburger near by. I should have gone there.

When I got to the [pick-up] window, the employee handed me my kiddo's drink, and asked that I go park, they would bring out my order. I got my receipt at 3:58pm — they did not bring out until 4:20pm. over TWENTY minutes. To get one Happy Meal and a Frape — 20 minutes. Best part of the whole experience? The Happy Meal was stone cold. Fantastic job. The literal second Shugart sold these stores, they declined — almost in an instant. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but my mother taught me not to lie. Nearly half an hour for a kids meal. Get it together.
