I agreeded with him you may be the boss but you dont need to disrespect the elderly and loyal employee 20 years of service.. I spoke with two additional supervisiors one came in to speak with him and the other was on vacation. but she said she would address the matter.. I am standing up for the employee he disrespected in fron of us. I sure hope this gets resolved and I would love your feed back, it just breaks my heart for him to downgrade the elderly. I so think she can file a suit against him in this manner, if she really wanted to because she has a church van full of witnesses..
