  We came through the drive thru tonight and didn't get the young man's name. He had dark brown hair and glasses. What a great young man. He was super friendly and helpful. My family keeps talking about how we will make the Lavonia Arby's our go to place. Customer service is lacking nowadays and this man has our business. Thank you. 😊

  went through the drive thru and waited for order upon receiving my order the employee looked lost so I read off my order before I could finish he said yeah yeah yeah got home and realized I was shorted a jr roast beef went back and was told we are out of roast beef come back tomorrow she said cheese stix were under cooked and the 2beef and cheddars tasted like old meat service needs to improve they charged a primiem price for subgrade food and people expect to receive what they pay for

  Absolutely awesome…we went on Halloween about 6 o’clock. Super friendly staff and great food. Remember to join them for Friday night karaoke! They were singing “strawberry wine”…Super fun!

  Best fast food around. Why eat the same slop you always get from McDonald's or Burger King? When you can get good food.
