my experience was bad, showed up Friday afternoon at 6:30 pm parked my truck and went in to get something to eat at subway and hadn't eaten all day and no one was in subway apparently sandwich maker was in break..this morning after taking my break and waiting on next load to be ready i go back inside to get a subway breakfast sandwich and low and behold the sandwich maker says " sir I'm going on break after making this mans sandwich and i lost my shit and raised hell at the flying J cashiers to let them know that this flyingJ made a mistake lettijg subway in and it should be taken out, there is no exscuse for a them having 1 person working and taking random breaks..this is not the 1st bad exsperience I've had with a subway, just a month ago in anothe truckstop i stopped at 10:20am and went into subway to get a breakfast bacon ,egg and cheese sandwich and stood waiting for for 5 mins to give my order because only 1 sandwich maker was around, when another showed up i ask could i get the b,e,c sandwich and he ask the female taking care of another customer to which she said yes but it'll be lunch price because we stop breakfast at 10:30am. i ask what the price would be and she rang it up and said $11 and i ask what is price of before 10:30 same sandwich and she rang it up and said $8.. i said well i was paitently waiting at 10:25 and now its 10:34 so your telling me i have to pay $3 more gore the same exact sandwich??? well you can forget it and i got a slice of piolet's pizza..i was at a piolet in Utah and it was the only thing around for miles, had a subway in it, i stopped went to counter and asked the guy working who it turns out was the manager if i could get a sandwich and he said no, I'm here alone and have to take out the trash and ckean up and my employee won't be in for an hour n half...apparently subway quality has gone to shit or its the ones at truckstops and they need to pull them out of all truckstops..i can tell you this, I'll never stop at a another truckstop with a subway and i hasnt since the breakfast scam incident and low and behold here's another problem with subway..I'm done with subway at truckstops, never again

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The store advertises that it is open 24 hours, and there was a sign clearly posted stating the same. However, when I attempted to place an order, the employee on duty refused to make the sandwiches.
She stated that she was understaffed, yet at the same time she continued preparing food for other customers she seemed to favor. Meanwhile, two Black customers were turned away and told no orders could be made. From what I witnessed, the treatment was inconsistent and unprofessional.
If a location is open 24 hours, customers should not be denied service while others are being helped. Staffing issues are management’s responsibility and should not result in selective service. This experience felt unfair and unacceptable.
I hope management reviews security footage and addresses this matter seriously. Customers deserve equal and consistent service at all times, especially at a location advertising 24-hour availability.

I was on the road and wanted subway cookies. I waited at the counter for about three minutes with no workers in sight. I saw the worker come from behind me, she had been in the service station area. She came through the swinging door and did not acknowledge me and walked right past. She walked to the gloves at the other end and we made eye contact. She was not happy. I told her I just wanted three cookies and she came over the register. The only thing she every said to me was that she didn’t have three chocolate chip cookies. I looked down and pointed that there were three. One had just shifted from another cookie row. She said “oh” and gave me the cookies. I have come to expect subway cookies to be soft. These were not. I ended up throwing them away.
