- CLCraig LynchJan 4, 20261.0Ok so 01/04/2026 at around 1am I ordered though the mobile app. I decided to cancel my order after the terrible encounter with the MANAGER. She told me she wouldn't give me my money back and said I had to cancel the order though the app. So then I asked if she could show me how as it's not possible on the mobile app. She responded I have no idea how to do that once again as it's not possible. So I left there empty handed no money and no food. Thanks Macdonalds 👍

Took over an hour to get food that we ordered off the app. Could not use rewards or points at this Resturaunt. Staff were rude, denied our request for refund after we had been there 50 plus minutes. They prioritized door dash and drive thru over our order. When we did receive our food it was wrong. I’d go the 5 miles north or a little farther south and try another restaurant.

There were only 2 other families waiting in the restaurant and they complained about their wait time too. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant instead for a faster food service. When we left there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. (And they got the order wrong.) Understaffed? Kitchen malfunction? Who knows. The new layout of McDonalds diminishes employee-customer interaction.
