My 5 year old son began choking on his meal. My wife performed the Heimlich maneuver until my son passed out from lack of oxygen. My wife screamed for help and started chest compressions with my son laying limp on the floor. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON AT THIS RESTAURANT DID ANYTHING TO HELP!!!! She had 2 other children with her that were screaming and crying because of what was taking place. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF TO IGNORE SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

The worst part was dealing with a young employee whose name I cannot quite remember. Maybe Jackson or Jacob. He was flat out rude, dismissive, immature, and acted like helping me was a HUGE inconvenience for him. His attitude completely ruined my visit and made the whole place feel unwelcoming. I expect basic respect and professionalism when I'm spending my hard earned money, and that was clearly TOO much to ask from here. Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, and I will NOT be returning until serious changes are made.
