  I had a very frustrating experience due to poor communication between your app and the actual store operations. On Friday, the app clearly stated that the dining area was open until 1:00 AM. However, when I arrived around 10:00 PM, the dining area was closed. I had already placed my order for inside pickup, but upon arrival, I was told the lobby was not open and that I needed to go through the drive-thru instead. After waiting in the drive-thru line and being passed by multiple cars, I was then told that my order wasn’t even there. This was a complete waste of time and could have easily been avoided if the store hours were accurate or updated in the app. This experience reflects a clear lack of coordination and created unnecessary inconvenience. I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for the time, confusion, and poor service I experienced. I would appreciate a timely response and resolution to this issue.

  I rarely go to McDonald's. I like their fish sandwich but it has grown smaller and smaller over the years to almost the size of a slider now. I went today through the drive-thru and was just complimenting them on the customer service and how polite they were. They were quick as usual. I got my food and was driving away as I looked in the bag and noticed that I only had half the fries that was supposed to be in my meal. I immediately went back and told the young lady at the counter. She showed her manager. The manager immediately accused me of eating the fries and said they would "never" send fries out like that. After a few choice words with her, she gave me a full fry and I left but will never go back again.

  I set at the second drive thru window while I watch 4 cars drive by no cone in the way no one came to the mic ….and I was just sitting there

  $10 breakfast isn't why I stop here. Also why I won't be returning. If I wanted to spend that much, I'd at least go somewhere where the food is worth it. Get it together Ronald!
