Money was taken from my account but the employee at the store refused to give me the food because I didn't have a receipt number due to having checked out as a guest. I have been trying to call the store for over a week, they either don't answer or answer and then hang up. The customer service app just sent an email saying my issue has been resolved. It has definitely not been, it hasn't even been addressed. Every phone number for subway corporation plays a message and then hangs up. This company is awful and the franchise at this location in Lake City is the worst!
