  Completely missed the mark. I ordered an Ultimate Burrito but was given a Junior instead. I also swapped out two drinks, and the manager made it seem like the mistake was my fault, which wasn’t a great customer service experience. On top of that, the fries were old. Overall, very disappointing.

  The lady who was bringing out the orders on night shift on 2/27/26 was very pleasant and when we were sitting eating our food, still asked if we were ok and needed assistance. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise. Shes a brown skinned lady with dreadlocks. I hope y’all keep her because she’s bringing a pleasant vibe.

  I ordered my food online at 11:15am Order said it was ready at 11:20am I arrived at 11:25am and checked in “Once ready we will bring it out” 11:58am still no food I get out and knock on the window “We’re still working on it” 12:06am got my food Missing sides and only 1 burger was made correctly Drink was wrong and yea they offered to remake it but I’ve waited almost an hour!! No apology for the wait or anything And of course the fries were cold… Sonic at Lake City… do better!!!

  IF YOU'RE A DOORDASHER THIS IS THE WORST. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER TO GO TO WALK UP OR DRIVE THROUGH. WHEN YOUR IN DRIVE THROUGH IF THE LINE IS LONG YOU MIGHT AS WELL UNASSIGN YOUR SELF. YOU WILL BE WASTING FUEL AND TIME..!!!
