- JWJuanita WilliamsSep 6, 20251.0As a general manager there is a lot I know about baskin Robbins but my experience today was horrible I went in store looking for the cake catalog only to be told that all cake order had to be placed online so I asked to speak with the manager a young man told me he was indeed the manager I asked why can’t I place my order in store he proceeded to tell me that they had 1 cake decorated for 8 different stores( I believe that’s insane and they need to look for more help to insure customers can be taken care of )so if I place my order online it will go directly to her email. Now I understand having 1 cake decorator but my issue was I asked him twice could I speak with a manager he said he was the manager but as soon as I start to complain he instructs me to come back between the hours of 8-12 to speak to the manager now as I said before as a manager I knew he was not in management the moment we began speaking but he lied about it which only frustrated the situation.

Super slow, no greetings like they get mad when people walk in. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
