  Have not been to MDs in a while. Until 2/10… Long wait, very cold fries, realized they forgot some of my food once I was halfway home, went back and the manager did not handle the situation well and even blamed me , the customer for the mistake. Would not give me a refund until I brought back every single item (cokes) from the car. I understand that things happen but they are the ones that shorted me food, and instead of an apology,, I was treated as if I were in the wrong. I was furious! Wasted over 45 mins of my time on this place and will NOT be back especially to the McDonald’s 1797 W Point location in LaGrange GA.

  The service was good... but why is the food always cold and stale? The meat on my burger shouldn't be cold... not room temperature... cold

  My husband went through McDonald’s on West Point Road in Lagrange, Georgia on Christmas Eve. He ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with heavy onions. When he got to the takeout window the girl said “oh you’re the one with heavy onions” And started laughing along with several other employees. He immediately asked for his money back and left. This type of behavior should not be tolerated at all and these employees should be fired immediately, no questions asked. We have eaten at this McDonald’s since they first opened and the customer service has gradually gone downhill.
