  I usually don’t have an issue coming to this location ordering online they’ve been superb every time. But yesterday was ridiculous! I ordered a cherry limeade to go and didn’t get my cherry limeade ending up getting a damn Hi-C fruit punch that I didn’t ask for! Luckily I was half way to Moreland, Ga on my way to work before I noticed the taste in my drink to take it back and turn all the way around and go back (which I didn’t have time to do) and was unfortunately stuck with the drink I didn’t want. I said this to say this, you all need to pay attention to what people order before coming out to their cars or giving it to them in the drive-thru just giving them anything you think is correct is not a good look. That’s how orders get mixed up and customers frustrated. I know we all have good and bad days but enough is enough! Give people what they ordered correctly and they will help the business flourish and keep us repeat customers coming back. Now after that incident which has happened twice I’m not sure if I want to continue eating nor ordering anything else from this location if it’s going to be a problem giving ppl their correct orders. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot I’m pretty sure none of you all would like getting something you didn’t order. That drink very well could’ve belonged to someone who had a taste for HI-C just not me.

  Cashier with blue hoodie and red hair must’ve been having a bad night. If you don’t want to work in fast food find another career!! I ordered mobile and the screen said they were headed my way, proceeded to wait 10 minutes so I called again & she told me to wait & I stated I’ve been waiting 10 mins for a DRINK.. no I’m not about to wait. Then when she brings the drink I tell her thank you, even though I’ve been waiting forever for 1 drink. She says nothing back or acknowledges me when she walks to my vehicle. Stop getting jobs you don’t wanna work or be respectful at!!!!

  Stopped by to grab my kid some food and the drive thru worker was so rude she screamed and yelled through the drive thru window that the system was down. Very rude and disrespectful.
