Took over 30 mins because our order was left in front of the door - we saw them drop it and leave it there - while the crew and manager were goofing around in view. Tried to get someone's attention to ask if it was ours but was ignored. Many folks had to bail out of the line. Wish we had done the same. You may have better luck with the park & eat spots, though!

It had no cookie dough in it. if it did it wasn’t much I asked about it and he proceeded to tell me it had plenty in it. I’m not blind. So I can clearly see it had pretty much non in it. Also it was mostly air. It cost $6.50. So I just took the L and left. I can promise you I will never go there again and honestly probably won’t come back to sonic in general. The prices are ridiculous.
- GHGeorge HartleyNov 15, 20251.0If i could leave less stars i would....went to the drive thru...no 9ne else in line...i ordered mozarella sticks....THATS ALL....it mustve taken 20 minutes at the window....way way. way too long....slower than pouring molasses... .if i ordeted an entire meal i probably been there an hour....and if your gonma be so damn slow...you should have to clean..but you could ser in the kitchen and it was like no one could be bothered.....id really avoif this location
