  Thanks for the sweet and sour sauce I ordered. That's sarcasm in case the font doesn't show. At least I wasn't ignored in the drive through.

  Worst experience I have ever witnessed! I went there to spend my money wisely for God but they would not serve my family we are white , well the guy that gave us trouble jumped right up to help these black people and was nice to them ! Drinks were watered down ! And the guy that was white as well was not helped by workers and had to leave due to no one at the front ! The guy in the back had bad attitude towards my family when we came in , this is definitely not a place for me to go in a long time

  Fred is very rude for a manager. He speaks to his staff and customers horrible. It took me 15 minutes to get a receipt, food was cold by then. Tried to find out who the owner is but he wouldn’t let anyone give me information. I watched 5 orders come inside from the drive thru for wrong orders. All bagged by this Fred guy. Won’t be back there

  Me and my boyfriend went there today to try the Grinch meal we got there and I said that they were out of buns and the Grinch order as well. So we ended up getting 10 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. We got home there was no chicken nuggets in the bag which I guess we could have checked before we left, but that’s shouldn’t be a concern. The main problem is that we got home and my boyfriend’s burger was completely red on the inside. I know mistakes do happen, but after today, I will never be returning there again.

  I typically go to the Commerce St location without issue. My wife and I used the Lafayette location this time due to being in that part of town. Ordered from the app without issue. Went into the store, and the floor was like a sheet of ice due to the rain. I am surprised there was no mat at the door, as I can see someone slipping and breaking a hip. We sat at a table and input that number for table service. Ten minutes later, the employee shouts out table number for counter pick up. No biggie, as I can walk to get the food and I am not that entitled. When I opened the McRib box, the sandwich looked horrible. The fries, for a "super size", were about 2/3 full. Please refer to the attached pics. McDonald's can do better than this. I am very disappointed with the food quality and presentation. I will stick to the Commerce St location in the future and start patronizing Burger King as well...
