    Unreasonably slow service. Placed order online for pickup. Arrived at the store at schedule pickup time only to be told that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Then we actually waited at the store for over 30 minutes to pick up our order. This has happened multiple times to us at this particular location. Staff was friendly, but the wait time is unacceptable.

    Terrible service i placed a order for two medium pizzas & a 2 liter drink at 10:20pm. I didnt receive order until 12:15am. The pizza was cold, dry & hard. And on top of that they didnt bring my soda i couldn't call or contact anyone because they close at 12am.
