  I ordered my pizza and came back to pick it up. The young man I ordered it from was very polite, when I came back another guy pushed him out of the way and shoved my pizza to me. I think he was a manager. He looked at me like he was mad because I held out a dollar to see if could get some ranch dressing. He didn't even ring up the ranch dressing.

  My son has a credit for pizza so he called to order it but manager said he cannot do the credit. Don’t know what is the problem. He said he can see it in the system but cannot do it. So my son went in there face to face talking to the manager, he said he could not do it. The manager was very rude and has no communication skills the right way to talk my son. No customer service at all. Looks like employee issue. But it’s not my fault they messed up on my order and we got credit.

  Every time.. everytime we do a mobile order, they “forget” to fix it. Today, the man at the counter yelled at ME for being upset that our pizza wasn’t even started, although the counter said it had been done and ready for thirty minutes. Zero people ahead of us. He admitted that they “missed” the order, and instead of apologizing, he continued to raise his voice and shout about how it is Super Bowl weekend(it’s Friday btw), and the place was empty. Pizzas were also done very poorly, seemingly in retaliation. Wont be eating them.

  Manager was awesome. Went above an beyond to help me out. Been basically living at the hospital down the road for a week. He made our night with a one off pizza. Staff was also very friendly.
