No one greeted or acknowledged me for a while when I walked in to pickup the delivery order. Finally one worker noticed me standing at the front of counter and asked if she can help me just to find out the order was ready and sitting right there only if one of the other workers had done their job of customer service. Shameful. Do better Chick-fil-A.
