She said she was so proud of her staff because the had gone above and beyond that day. Amber, Jenn and Valarie were all working together to make sure all orders were taken care of in a timely manner. My 88 year old mother was visiting from Illinois and I wanted her to have a good old southern meal. It was so perfect from order to eating the meal. The tea was amazing. I don’t like tea that is too sweet and this was just so perfect. Tammy did a fantastic job making it.

- TGTammy GrahamOct 14, 20251.0We were the 3rd car they asked to pull up and wait after we paid. It was not busy or during a typical rush hour (3:00 p.m. Sunday). We then had to wait 15 minutes for our food. The young man that came out to give us our food was nice and quoted to us our order correctly, as well as checked to see if the man at the drive thru had given us our drinks, which he had not. So he went to get them. We checked our food, the fries were old and cold, the deluxe chicken sandwiches were regular chicken sandwiches instead. So we took them back in got those change for the deluxe and got our drinks. We chose to keep the fries, and the deluxe sandwiches had little to no lettuce and about 4x's the amount of mayonnaise even for the avid mayo lover could stand. The chicken was almost burnt, the bun was smashed sideways and the container it was put in, looked like it was pulled out of the garbage can, meaningithad stuff all over it. We were not hateful or rude.. at this point we just accepted our fate, we had a long drive home. The only good experience was the young man that seemed to care and do an outstanding job. I only wish I would have got his name.
