  I come here nearly everyday for DoorDash and EVERY SINGLE TIME there’s one specific manager who ALWAYS has a bad attitude and speaks so badly and loudly (cussing even) towards the customers. She said and I quote “I don’t need no customers calling my boss and telling bad complaints because we get enough already” but she is the source of the bad complaints and issues just about everyone has in that restaurant especially in the morning! And because she denied the right for me to get her actual bosses name and number after She denied me her name for this complaint I’m writing it on here but she worked the morning shift today when she tried to threaten to get me banned from DoorDash because I was standing up for myself when she was being loud, cussing and having an attitude because I told her I confirmed the order and she demanded me to give her my phone and I know for a fact I did not have to give her my phone - me telling her I complete it is enough because technically DoorDashers don’t have to confirm the pickup THROUGH the restaurant, only through DoorDash and the customer! The customer also called and complained on their behalf because she took too long on their order when I was waiting for 20 minutes past pickup time. She has grey hair, usually pulled back or in a bun and glasses! Just tired of her mouth and how badly she treats customers who PAY a lot of money for their food and services to be treated and spoke to like trash. It’s unprofessional and very disrespectful!!!! If this complaint doesn’t get resolved I will go further and make sure whom ever is over this store gets my calls/emails. My voice will not go unheard and neither should the many other customers who fee and say the same things I am now. UPDATE: she reported my dash account for false claims, I am in fact not aggressive with my customers, I was speaking my truth with her nasty behavior and attitude with customers and doordashers. Her complaint didn’t affect me but just wanted to update this because her claims for “reporting me” is very false - if anyone’s aggressive it’s her. I’ll be by there tomorrow morning to get her name and once I get her name I’ll be calling nonstop until she is held responsible. I’m sick of this. You guys want to know why no one wants to work for your restaurant or have bad reviews - maybe check your employers !!!!!!

  Bojangles has the best biscuits next to Grandma's homemade! Love the gravy on everything, so always add a side of it to my order. The staff is very friendly & always make me feel welcome. They worked very hard to fill my order with fresh food. They yelled a lot, but that seems to be their communication when it's busy.

  great food the day we got breakfast, borounds the best every nice and crispy, biscuits soft. Glad to see they have stepped it up, since they have new competition in town
