- DMDoc McKay1 day ago5.0Our first trip to Bojangles. The food was great. The people were very nice and welcoming. Ashley was particularly helpful and friendly. She made us want to come back often.
- CDChristine DeanApr 12, 20262.0The service is so slow. We went last weekend and waited over 30mins inside to get our food after we placed our order. Went this weekend went inside and waited over 10mins with two people in front of me in line and they still haven't taken his order. Six we decided to go to the drive waited another 15mins with 10 of those minutes sitting at the speaker. When she finally took our order she didnt read it back to us write and made a lot of confusion of what we ordered. We then waited another five mins to get to the window. When we got to the window our order was completely wrong. She had to repeat it 4 times before she got it right. We then waited another 4 mins before we got our food. The wait time is way too long to be "fast" food.
