  Placed a mobile order. It wasn’t busy, just slow/no movement behind the counter. It was 20min after the pick up time. The order was incorrect, had to go back to get it corrected. The meat was dried out. Interactions with workers was rude. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

  Food doesn't taste like it used too. Idk what people are used to or ok with now but when I at there a few years ago the food was 100% better than it is now. Prices went up, quality went down.

  This incident happened 01/27/2026 at 12:13pm my cousin and I had just left work headed to lunch and she decided on Arby’s because she hadn’t had it in a very long time so I Went through the drive through attempted to order two number one classic with curly fries two pibbs and 4 small cups of cheese for our dipping pleasure with fries. I was then told by the staff through the mic and I quote “we ain got enough cheese to be doing all that “ he then asks someone else and she says “no we ain doing tha “why are restaurant staff policing what the hell I choose to order and pay for from the restaurant! I canceled the order and pulled off and went to Jim bobs. Arby’s won’t ever have our service again !
