  Received a very dirty look from Lauren the window girl as she was headed to the dumpster to smoke. Told us to wait, 5 minutes later she finally headed back from the dumpster to take our order. Customers should not have to wait on smoke breaks!! Thank you!

  We stopped on our way to Atlanta. Food was fast and fresh, service was great. Aleah was very friendly and helpful.

  1 car in front of me at drive through sat there for 5 minutes and nobody even greeted the car in front of me, pulled around to see if anybody was inside got back in the Drive-Thru they finally let two cars through and then three more of a sat here for it's going on 10 minutes now without them saying anything over the speaker worst customer experience ever they dont even greet customers and tell them to please wait. Location shouldn't even be open !

  Arby’s on Whitesville Rd. in LaGrange, GA really dropped the ball today. I stopped to get a 2-piece chicken tender kids meal with potato cakes, and by the time I got home—only 4–5 minutes away—the bag was literally dripping with grease. That is completely unacceptable. It was obvious the food had been re-dipped and old food was served. To make matters worse, it was handed to me by the manager. Food is clearly not being served or discarded properly, which is a serious health violation. I would much rather wait for fresh, properly prepared food than be rushed and given something unsafe and nasty. This meal was for my son, which makes this even more upsetting and unacceptable.
