- SLSean L2 days ago1.01 car in front of me at drive through sat there for 5 minutes and nobody even greeted the car in front of me, pulled around to see if anybody was inside got back in the Drive-Thru they finally let two cars through and then three more of a sat here for it's going on 10 minutes now without them saying anything over the speaker worst customer experience ever they dont even greet customers and tell them to please wait. Location shouldn't even be open !

I stopped to get a 2-piece chicken tender kids meal with potato cakes, and by the time I got home—only 4–5 minutes away—the bag was literally dripping with grease. That is completely unacceptable. It was obvious the food had been re-dipped and old food was served. To make matters worse, it was handed to me by the manager. Food is clearly not being served or discarded properly, which is a serious health violation. I would much rather wait for fresh, properly prepared food than be rushed and given something unsafe and nasty. This meal was for my son, which makes this even more upsetting and unacceptable.

The staff has always been amazing. The first few times that I ordered the Reuben, in which I so love at Arby's was just ok. I have either gotten not enough thousand Island dressing or to much. Today was the best Reuben I have ever had from an Arby's. Whom ever was doing the food a little after 12:00 at lunch time did an amazing job, please keep that cook of whom ever made that Reuben because they knew what they was doing. Now I want another one just like it. Please whom ever made those at lunch time today, needs to teach all of your employees how to make that Reuben perfect.
