  I went through the drive thru at 2pm on Tuesday. There were only 2 people in front of me but the wait was abnormally long. I did not check my bag before I left and wish I had. I ordered 3pc potato cakes, a reuben and French dip Royale. The Reuben was for my mom and she said it was very good. These are 85% of the time consistently good. Potato cakes are my favorite but these were over cooked or cooked in dirty grease and were cold-not warm-when I got home. The French dip royale was new to me but I was interested in the caramelized onions. This sandwich was also cold and completely mushy and wet. I did not use the au just sauce. I could only eat half of it and tried to eat the remaining meat without the bread but that was still making me queasy. I was very disappointed and didn't feel well after eating this unfortunately awful meal. I wish I'd taken pics but did not before I threw it away.

  Went to Arby's on Whitesville Rd in LaGrange Georgia today and the Services was outstanding spoke to a young lady named Lauren, and She was absolutely amazing seemed as though her team was spot on.... very busy but very organized!!! She Rocked the shit out of the craziness!!! Ran the front ,the drive through even witnessed her handle a customer who was quite satisfied but she made her happy and got a hug !!! This is an exceptional example of great leadership and customer sevice!!! You Go Lauren!!! ARBY'S @ whitesville rd lagrange y'all ROCK!!!

  Arby’s is truly stepping it up. I had lunch today, a Lauren Eason greeted me. She was super kind and patient as I was ordering. She was an absolute delight. Food was great. I’ll definitely be back as long as she is there!!

  I had a great experience. My food was delicious and the service was on point. Lauren Corbett was the one who took care of me and she was awesome great customer service.

  We frequent this Arby’s as it’s close to our house and we have mostly had Great experiences! The latest experience was with Lauren who had great customer service, was friendly and greeted us very pleasantly over the speaker. She was kind and explained any deals and answered all my questions willingly as I normally have to feed a family of 5-6 (depending if we have extras over)! Will definitely be back especially if Lauren is working!
