- JSJoe's Vinyl ShowMar 12, 20262.0I went on a Thursday night. I ordered through the Taco Bell app. I selected "grab & go". App told me my food was ready. I wait 5 minutes, then I go to the counter. It takes the drive thru employees a few minutes to notice me. I showed a young lady I ordered through the app and that it was ready. My food was at the drive-thru window. I redeem a reward for a chalupa. Lobby is empty. Only a few people waiting in drive-thru. I wait 10 minutes, then ask a young man if they made my order. They didn't even begin. 🤦 Get it together.
