  I would just like to point out that their food costs more than domino's while the quality is lower than little Ceasars. My kids prefer their sauce so that's why I picked there tonight but.... yall I watched the cashier raise her voice at the lady in front of me while giving an attitude. I thought it was gonna pop off lol now she was nice to me and I understand being overwhelmed but definitely feel like she could have handled the situation better. My order was put in online and was scheduled to be done by 7:20. I didn't get it until 7:50 which i understand maybe they were busy earlier so no biggie. But for my order to be late and then not be correct is just lazy. My melt was burnt and had almost no buffalo sauce in it which fine I had some sauce to add to it at home but it was pretty burnt. My hand tossed cheese was a pan instead. Again not a huge deal whatever the kids still ate it but my pizza with balsamic drizzle having NO DRIZZLE? okay come on you guys. I paid extra for that and it's not an item I keep in my house normally. I was so looking forward to that ugh. So between the wait time, the cashier getting loud and rude with the woman in front of me, and my order being messed up??? That's just bad business. Like if you're gonna have lesser quality than cheaper pizzas andd worse attitudes along with the same wait time as Little Caesars you should at least price your stuff on that level you know. Unfortunately my kids prefer the sauce so I'm sure I'll have to go back but imma be checking my pizzas for real next time.

  Great food and service. They seemed to be short staffed and still making it happen. Getting food done in a timely manner while working fast and working their butts off! Also want to add a very rude person called while I was waiting wanting a refund or food remade and didn't have a receipt or the number it was placed under, so they couldn't look it up for him. I could hear him screaming and cussing at this young lady over the phone, and to be as young as she is, she handled that situation very well and professional. These people are working hard and doing their best to keep that place going and deserve a raise!

  Delicious pizza! 🍕 but they do take a while to give you your order even if you call ahead and place an order. But it was worth the wait it was nice and fresh when we picked it up.

  So you order a thin crust pizza, then ten minutes later are told no thin crust available. They don’t know how to refund your money… but money is never credited to your account so you go back to the restaurant and then are told THEY DO NOT ISSUE RECEIPTS FOR REFUNDS. Stay far far away, nothing has changed at this store!

  Tuesday special of $2 for a 1topping personal pan pizza is a great carry out deal, the deal for a large 3 topping for less than $10 is a good too, if it’s made how it’s ordered. We ordered three personal pan pizzas. The dough was hard like they had been made all day, the large had the complete wrong toppings on it. When I walked in the get the pizza the inside had 13 other people waiting to pick up their order, just for a loud and rude lady to inform them the orders past a certain number had been canceled and wouldn’t be made. It’s been years since we’ve ate at Pizza Hut. We were so let down and disappointed. This is not how we remember Pizza Hut, take us back to the good ol’ days.
