A young man came from the back and did not speak or welcome us. Another young lady came out and also didn't greet us but went straight to placing our order. She informed me that the smoothie I ordered called for ginger and they were out. Noone realized that at closing last night? Furthermore publix is right across the parking lot to purchase ginger. It was a cold, unwelcoming experience. As we know, customer service can make or break a business. Please do better!
