  I had an amazing experience at 7 Brew Coffee! The drinks were made perfectly and came out super fast, but what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. Brianna P was incredibly friendly, energetic, and made the whole interaction feel personal and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about the customers. Great vibes, great coffee, and top-tier service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Kind of a rant but I was up there not long ago and had to wait in line for a half an hour ik it’s always busy but for me to be stuck there all for destine to be talking about her personal life to the person who order she was taking the whole time was kind of rude and disappointing. I get talking to customers and making it a friendly experience but talking so much the other girl behind her was having to like half yell so she would pay attention that the drinks were ready is obnoxious

  I was driving back from a short trip and decided to stop here let me tell you it was the best experience I didn’t know what to order and Destinee was so helpful and her recommendation was fireee, it is my new regular order, it is a little further from my but the energy felt very welcoming I would come back to this one for that

  We drove all the way from Florida just to try this new location, and it was top tier as always! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming! Everything was spotless, beautifully set up, and had such a clean, fresh feel. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping this place looking amazing. Briyana was incredibly friendly and kind. She was so upbeat and even hyped up the free drink on my account, which made the experience feel extra special. Her positive energy truly stood out and made our visit even better. Every location needs more team members like her! She’s a gem!

  Came through to try out a coffee. I ordered a small drink but ended up being charged for a medium and did not realize until I had pulled off. However the real issue I had at seven brew was with one of the employees. Her name Was Brianna I believe. I had come through during my sisters shift and she had stepped out to say hey. Brianna made multiple comments about us being related that were heavily influenced by the color of my skin. I laughed off the encounter but it was a very uncomfortable position. Whether or not she was genuinely curious, making comments about me being adopted seemed inappropriate.
