  My drink was great as always but Destiny the brewista was the real star of the show! I don’t leave reviews often, but she deserves the recognition. Truly one of the kindest workers I’ve ever interacted with!

  10/10 for the amazing customer service. 10/10 for how quickly their backed up lines move. They are all so fun and have a great energy. Everyone has been so helpful, courteous and kind every time we come through... Everyone is doing a fantastic job. My coffee was so good this morning.

  I am very disappointed to exclaim my dissatisfaction with this 7Brew. The wait was half an hour, and once we finally got our turn to order, our server walked away as I was in the middle of describing my order. When another server came up to us, she looked at us confused and said “huh” like it was our fault and rudely asked what I wanted. As I tried to repeat my order, she still looked at me confused, and I had to repeat it again, with no kindness given by the server. As the customer, I felt very anxious and upset by the end of this experience.

  Drinks are delicious but workers are rude and service is slow. One girl walked away mid taking our order to take a test, and the other girl who finally took our order was just obnoxious, didn’t say hi or apologize for the wait, mind you we had been sitting there for close to 30 minutes at this point. We tried to order a basic latte and she just couldn’t understand. Never had this problem at other locations
