  The employees were all super sweet and kind. The food was good and it was very clean and the drive-through was fast. Super awesome location.

  Ordered my breakfast 10:16am & pulled into a curbside spot since the drive thru line was super long. 30 mins later, I went inside & saw my spot number on a bag so MAYBE they are preparing my food? No!!! Another 20 mins pass & I can not cancel my order on the app so I ask if my food is being made. No, its lunch now. The manager NEVER apologized. No Customer Service whatsoever. Gave me a refund & acted as if I inconvenienced HIM.

  It’s sad that I come here everyday and my food has been wrong 4 days in a row. How do you mess up a simple gravy biscuit. I order a gravy biscuit extra biscuit and yall give me 2 biscuits without gravy, 2 biscuits 1 scope of gravy or a lot of gravy but only 1 biscuit. It’s ridiculous

  Absolutely disgusting experience at the McDonald’s on Jiles Rd. I ordered a McCrispy sandwich and was handed a piece of chicken that was literally UNCOOKED inside. Not under-seasoned. Not overcooked. RAW. That is not just gross – it’s a serious health hazard. Fast food is supposed to be fast AND safe, and this location clearly can’t manage either. If basic food safety is too much to ask, then what exactly are we paying for? I shouldn’t have to inspect every bite of my meal like I’m doing a quality control test. The fact that something this dangerous made it out of the kitchen tells me there is zero attention to detail and poor management. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest everyone check their food carefully if they do. Completely unacceptable.
