  Terrible service. My order arrived missing the fries, my sandwich came without cheese, I waited 30 minutes for my order, and my drink arrived melted.

  I ordered a coffee on the McDonald’s app. The app quickly notified me that my order was ready. I waited an additional 5 minutes and the employees never brought out the coffee. I politely asked one of the employees that my coffee was supposed to have been ready 5 minutes prior and I just wanted to check if they could give it to me. Her response was “I just got out the bathroom how am I supposed to know if you have a coffee” and rolled her eyes Literally the trashiest customer service I have ever seen at a dining establishment

  I don’t appreciate hearing a manger cussing and talking down on employees while the ones she’s buddy with on their cellphone while they supposedly handling food I don’t blame the young man he was doing his order the other ppl order was backing up While she is on her phone that why the service slow ther manager is rude and very unprofessional need to be careful how she treats people

  Instead of having the lobby open like a normal restaurant or utilising the drive thru they force orders to be picked up at a locked side door. You have to stand in 25-30 degree weather because the workers here are lazy and weird. This isnt checkers so why do i have to stand in the cold? yall dont even have a pick up window to be making folks wait outside ! thanks for making me lose money 👍🏽

  We went through the drive through this morning,03/12/2026,we paid with cash, and the guy at the window dropped one of our dollar bills, he then said you can get out and pock it up", my husband said you can just hand me another dollar, he then called whom I suppose was some kind of manager, who also said" it not thay hard, you can get out and pick it up" ( now,my husband had polio,and I just had a knee replacement) therefore neither of us could just jump out and pick up a dollar bill, they never asked if we were handicapped, or anything, then the so call manager said "pull up" , so she came out to get it but there was a nice young man behind us,who got out, and picked it up, and handed it to us, the so call manager had the nerve to say" see it wasn't that hard" these people need to be trained to first respect elders, and at least ask if we were not able to get out of the car,secondly,show some compassion,especially since we were Making a purchase ,that customer service was rediculious.!!!!!!!!!!!!
