  I will never be ordering from this place again. Just got yelled at by the manager herself when my order was 45min-1hr late and was told it was dropped off at the wrong place. I simply was trying to ask for a refund and she was extremely mad about that and forcefully handed my food to me and denied my request for a refund. Wow, if this is how a manager acts towards their customers, then I will not be participating in this place. Horrible behavior over a sandwich. The food was also not great.

  I was able to place my order with no effort. Staff assisted in a timely manner and filled my order in a way that was better than I anticipated

  Closed two hours early on a Friday night for no reason. Door was locked and staff was inside. Didn’t even get to try it or go inside. Why advertise open till 12 am if you’re going to close at 10 pm?

  Ordered food at 1030 asking the lady on the phone 3 times if it can be delivered by 11 2 miles down the road. She confirmed 3 times it will be delivered free checking with the crew first. Called at 1103 different girl and she said “um yeah our driver just come ing late and I would receive my food at some point” yet he was leaving at 1105 at this point. Spoke to the manager at 1123 and still have not Recieved my food and he informed me they have one driver. Got. Refund and said my food will still be delivered. Here it is 12 and still not food. Customer service at its finest in today’s world.

  I didn't look at reviews before going to Jimmy John's. I would have seen what most of you have already reported; they put vanishingly small amounts of meat on their sandwiches. To give you an example the Club Lulu sandwich has only 64 grams of Turkey. That is 2.25 Oz. That isn't the same ballpark as a McDonald's cheeseburger but on a regular sub bun. I learned my lesson today that for those of us who like meat in our sandwiches Jimmy John's is not the place to go. For those that like a bread sub with lettuce and tomato, Jimmy John's has a $10 sub for you. I'm sure the lettuce is delicious. For me however I cannot recommend going to anyone that I know.
