  I ordered from this location about 2weeks ago on the mobile app for pickup. when I got there my order was not in a cubby but the receipt was and some remains of the smoothie were spilled on the counter, the receipt, and a trail on the floor towards the door. When i brought this to the young ladies attention, they said “oh someone must’ve taken your order but we can make it again for you if you want.” which I wasn’t too mad about because mistakes happen. As she was making the smoothie again I saw her add a bunch of powders but didn’t think much of it. when i got back in the car in my way to work which I was already running late for since someone took my order I tasted the smoothie and could taste that there was whey protein powder in it. I know what that stuff tastes like because i’ve had it before and it instantly makes me nauseous. So when i got to work i called and let them know that there was protein powder in my drink and they argued with me and said “ oh well the girl who made said she didn’t put any in there so I don’t Know what your tasting because she only put sugar in it” which if that’s the case then she put quite a bit of sugar since i watch how many scoops she put in. I asked to speak to the manager and it got quiet for probably about 2 minutes before the young Lady on the phone took down my name and number and said that her manager would give me a call. It has been weeks and i have not received a call which personally I think is very unprofessional.

  Using the app for delivery is useless. 9 times out of 10 the delivery gets canceled because of some apparent app glitch and it directs you to order by other means. Tropical Smoothie is too large of a franchise for this not to be corrected.

  I had a disappointing experience with Tim, who appeared to need additional training on proper glove-changing procedures during food preparation. His handling practices were concerning, and he also provided inaccurate information to customers—something I have not experienced at other locations. Additionally, his communication and interpersonal skills could benefit from improvement, as his approach created an uncomfortable interaction. I had been looking forward to enjoying my meal in the store this morning, but the lack of professionalism and attention to proper hygiene left me very dissatisfied.

  I've been drinking the same smoothie for about 2 months now, the Blimey Limey, so I'm pretty familiar with the taste of it. I went to this location for the 1st time on Sunday 9/21 and the smoothie taste like a cup of water. I asked to have it remade and it was done without issue. However it still taste like water. I watched them make it and the fruit is bare minimum while the ice and water pumps fill the blender. I'm looking at my pink smoothie but that's the only indication that it is a smoothie. I was with 3 other people, 2 who drink tropical smoothie often and 1 that comes to this location often and they agreed that all of theirs was watered down as well( we all had different smoothies) Maybe they ran out of ingredients, but this was horrible. Staff was friendly and the food was ok but I wouldn't return.

  Every time I go our order is wrong. Seems like they are always cutting corners. Today they put graham cracker crust instead of granola in our smoothie bowls. At least tell me you ran out of granola instead of charging me $11 for each bowl.
