We waited 45 minutes on New Year's Eve. No doubt, they were busy in the drive-thru but not in the lobby. Orders should be prioritized. Restaurant scored a 95 but cleanness was not happening on this night. We are not coming back.

This is not a one-off visit — I order from Taco Bell 4–5 times a week, and my purchase history proves that. There is absolutely no excuse for making a pregnant customer wait that long without explanation, urgency, or courtesy. No apology. No transparency. No attempt to speed it up. Just silence and wasted time. If Taco Bell no longer cares about repeat customers or basic human decency, then you’re doing a great job showing it. I will not return after this experience. A company that treats loyal customers like this doesn’t deserve them.
